Capital donations directly fund the purchase of high-yield farmland, held in a trust for permanent Haitian ownership and agricultural production. In the event of dissolution or liquidation, after all debts and obligations have been satisfied, the organization’s remaining assets shall be transferred to one or more organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and pursuing similar objectives related to agricultural development, poverty reduction, or improving the living conditions of beneficiary communities.

Ongoing agricultural profits flow directly to local farm staff, ensuring wealth creation at the community level. A portion of the annual surplus may be allocated to performance bonuses, employee benefits, or programs designed to improve the living conditions of workers and participating producers, provided that such benefits are reasonable, consistent with the organization’s charitable mission, and approved by the Board of Directors through a transparent process.
