Our Financial Architecture

Land Equity. Community Prosperity.

A token return for investors. Prosperity for those who cultivate the land.

Philanthropic Investors

Initial philanthropic investors would take no more than 5% of the net profits of the farm. Investors will not participate in farm decisions, but may assume an advisory role. They will have the choice to socialize and advise with a designated farm manager through an interactive blog on our website. The farms will self govern with an intrinsically motivated staff.

Perpetual Land Security

Independent legal trusteeship guarantees the perpetual security of the land and transparent financial audits, protecting the asset for future generations of Haitian farmers. Farms that must be sold due to adverse circumstances will distribute the initial capital to the staff of the farm.

Equitable Profit Distribution

Primary operational yields are channeled to farm staff, ensuring the majority of agricultural profits flow directly to local Haitian workers to create economic stability within Haiti.

Distribute Profits

Philanthropic investors commit funds to acquire and develop high-yield agricultural land in Haiti, initiating the cycle of sustainable growth.

Funds are deployed for direct land purchase and the installation of essential agricultural infrastructure, including modern irrigation systems.

Local Haitian farm staff cultivate the land, producing high-value crops and generating sustainable agricultural profits.

A token return is allocated to investors, with the overwhelming majority of profits flowing directly to the farmworkers and their communities.
